As a painter I am interested in exploring dislocation in a world of intensifying change. As humans continue to manipulate and often unconsciously effect the natural world I wonder if we are becoming any better at recognizing the repercussions and the limits to which these manipulations can be successful. Much of the work has environmental concerns at heart and I hope opens a dialogue about our relationship to what is "natural".
