Katherine Kisa
Visual
I am a multidisciplinary, self-taught artist who creates mixed media assemblages on wood panels incorporating acrylic or oil paint, found objects, street photography, and text. My newest pieces are a direct result of the massive protests, and the photographs that I took in Brooklyn and Manhattan, spurred on by the national reckoning for social, political and racial justice for people of color in America.
